Exercises During Commercial Break # 7: Abdominals
If your show does not have a seventh commercial break, simply do these during the first commercial break of the next show, or whenever you can. Increasing the strength in your abdominal muscles will help to reduce back pain, improve digestion, help to slightly lower abdominal body fat levels, and a host of other benefits.
Just make sure that you do these safely and that you never "tug" on your neck while doing these exercises. You want to be as gentle with your neck as possible to reduce injury AND focus the effort on where it should be: your stomach!
